GITANO Tulum is a Restaurant and Mezcal Bar, set in a magical oasis in the lush jungle of Tulum Beach.

Design is modern, open, and seamlessly integrated into the lush jungle environment. Their menu of seasonal, local ingredients is a modern take on traditional Mexican flavors with dishes cooked in the fires of our wood-burning oven and open grill.

Their cocktails are inspired by 1940’s tropical Tiki bars with local seasonal fruits and herbs, and all juices and syrups made in house daily. Mezcal is their specialty, with offerings of over 40 different mezcals from Oaxaca.
